Two Bookish Character Tarot Cards by @gabriella.bujdoso. This month the characters were Lazlo as Nine of Cups and Sarai as Ten of Cups from Strange the Dreamer.

Bookish Lip Balm by Little Heart Gifts. This lip balm is Strawberry Prosecco scented and smells wonderful. The sticker on the front has a red moon or sun and is called Malachiasz. I haven’t read Wicked Saints yet, but this is still a very welcome item.

Foiled Scarf by @taratjah. This is probably my favourite item ever included in a book subscription box. The scarf is beautiful. It’s 100% black polyester with a gold foil design of a cat sitting on a stack of books surrounded by thorny vines. It’s based on the glorious Silas from Sorcery of Thorns, and I love it so much!

Serpent & Dove Mug by @merwildandco and @taratjah. An absolutely stunning mug. The outside wraparound design features Lou and Reid from Serpent and Dove, as well as a beautiful golden snake and white dove. Inside the black interior is a little snake and dove etched onto the base.

Art Print by @noverantale. This simple art print is based on We Hunt the Flame. Unfortunately, I haven’t read this book yet, so I’m not exactly sure who they are, but it’s still a lovely picture of a girl in a hood reaching out to a boy.

Luggage Tag by @bookmarkd.tattoos and @loveyoumorestudio. This is nice tag featuring the eye of Sauron in Mordor. The tag says—One does not simply walk into Mordor. It’s very nicely made in a textured rubbery material, but it’s a bit of a miss for me. I’m not the biggest Lord of the Rings fan.

Foil Bookmarks and Sticker by @noverantale. These designs are based on the Nevernight series, and they’re beautiful. One bookmark is red, with a beautiful design of several items important to the book and the phrase—Never flinch, never fear, and never, ever forget. The other is yellow and features Mister Kindly and the phrase—The books we love, they love us back & just as we mark our places in the pages, those pages leave their marks on us. Both are double sided and gorgeous. The sticker is a round design that says—Too many books, too few centuries.

Book of the Month:

The Shadows Between Us

The Shadows Between Us

Tricia Levenseller

Details: This hardback book has an exclusive cover—the background is purple, rather than the red shown here—and it’s signed by the author! It’s also embossed with silver roses and has a beautiful silver foil spine! As if that’s not enough, there’s artwork by @vagueenthusiast.art on the reverse of the dust jacket! Oh, FairyLoot, you’re spoiling us again! There are 336 pages in this one and included in the bag with the book was a postcard, a personal letter from Tricia with an exclusive artwork on the reverse by @myvalenstyles!

Two Bookish Character Tarot Cards by @gabriella.bujdoso. This month the characters were Laia as Queen of Cups and ??? as King of Cups from An Ember in the Ashes. Honestly, it’s a while since I read this one and I can’t for the life of me work out who it’s meant to be. Answers on a postcard, please.

Starry Fairy Lights by @FairyLoot. I’ve been wanting to get some permanent fairy lights for around my bookcase, so these are perfect. They’re nice and bright and the wire is delicate enough that it’s nearly invisible. It takes three AA batteries, which would have been nice to be included, but I’m still thrilled with these anyway.

Moon Phases Necklace by @noverantale. Jewelry can be very hit or miss, but I’m delighted to say that I absolutely adore this design. It’s a doughnut shaped necklace with a black background and silver detailing that shows the moon in all eight of it’s phases. I really love this.

Moon Trinket Tray by @FairyLoot. This is cute. A rainbow, shiny moon shaped little dish. I have no idea what I’m going to use it for, but it’s sweet and matches the theme well.

Illuminae Star Notebook by @FairyLoot. This is a A5 black notebook with silver stars all over the surface. The quote—You have me. Until the last star in the galaxy dies. You have me.—which is beautiful quote from my favourite book, Illuminae. The inside is lined paper, perfect for writing.

Dreamy Moon Pillow Case by @beckythornsdesigns. This blue and white pillow case has a picture of a girl shining a torch on the moon to reveal books on one side, and on the other has the quote—With freedom, books, flowers and the moon, who could not be happy?—by Oscar Wilde. It’s a nice design, but not the sort I usually like. I do love the quote, though.

Dragon Keychain by @dustandpages. So cute! This little flying purple dragon is based on Even the Darkest Stars, but it just looks so much like Spyro the Dragon! It’s a nice keychain, and it also has stars that glow in the dark!

Moon & Stars Paper Clips by @Fairyloot. A set of six gold coloured  paperclips that have been bent into a star shape with a moon within. They’re pretty, but I don’t exactly use paperclips. Still, they’re nice to display.

Book of the Month:

Woven in Moonlight

Woven in Moonlight

Isabel Ibañez

Details: This hardback book has an exclusive cover—the background is silver, rather than black—and it’s signed by the author in a cute little Jaguar’s speech bubble! It’s also embossed with a moon and stars in the upper right corner, and has artwork by the author on the reverse of the dust jacket! Oh, FairyLoot, you’re spoiling us! There are 384 pages in this one. Included in the bag with the book was a sheet of stickers, a personal letter from Isabel with an exclusive artwork on the reverse by @katbdraws!

Two Bookish Character Tarot Cards by @gabriella.bujdosoThis month the characters were Elias Veturias as Knight of Cups and Helene Aquilla as Page of Cups from An Ember in the Ashes.

Bookish Microfiber Cloth designed by @literarylifeco. This black facecloth is designed with pink flowers in opposite corners and the scrolling phrase—My favourite game is called how many chapters can I read in one night. I’m not normally a user of facecloths, but this is a nice item and will always be useful. I rather like it.

Fire Breathing Queen Pin by @bookmarkd.tattoos. Featuring the quote—Fire breathing bitch queen—this pin is blonde woman’s face with a burning fire beneath. I’m not the greatest fan of the style personally, but it’s still pretty. It’s inspired by Aelin from the Throne of Glass series.

Bookish Socks by @FairyLoot. Seriously, you can never have enough socks. I’m always thrilled to get bookish ones to warm my feet with. These socks are inspired by The Wrath and the Dawn and are red with the black and gold stars that feature on the cover of the book.

Pouch by @chattynora. A little black pencil case that features the quote—Hic Sunt Leones Here Be Lions—in a nice golden design. It’s inspired by Golden Son and seems like a decent enough item. I wish it was a little wider, though.

Game of Pencils by @FairyLoot. This is a set of four pencils with various Game of Thrones quotes on them, including—Hear me roar, Growing strong, Fire and Blood, and Winter is Coming. Very cool, but unfortunately one of my pencils is missing the rubber from the end. It’s not worth complaining about, but still a bit of a shame.

Magnetic Bookmarks by @pigeon.princess. I love these. I loved Skyward, which these three bookmarks are based on. They feature Spensa, Doomslug and M-Bot; all the best characters. I’m absolutely thrilled with them. Especially Doomslug! So cute!

Bookish Tea by @thetealeafcompany. This tea is a blend of black and orange. While I love orange, I’m not usually a fan of black tea, but it smells amazing, so I’m looking forward to giving it a try. This tea is inspired by Ead from The Priory of the Orange Tea. The packet has a beautiful silhouette of a dragon on the front.

Book of the Month:

Eight Will Fall

Eight Will Fall

Sarah Harian

Details: This hardback book has an exclusive cover—it’s red instead of the usual blue as pictured here—and it’s signed by the author. It also has a fun embossing of a falling man on the front of the book and exclusive artwork on the reverse of the dust jacket by @crookedyew! There are 362 pages in this one. Included in the bag with the book was a personal letter from Sarah with an exclusive artwork on the reverse!

Second Book:

Wicked As You Wish

Wicked As You Wish (A Hundred Names for Magic, #1)

Rin Chupeco

Details: This paperback book has an exclusive cover—it’s purple instead of the navy blue which is pictured here—and it comes with a bookplate signed by the author. This book is due for release in March 2020, so we get this one pretty early, which is nice! There are 369 pages in this one. Included, was a personal letter from Rin!

Collector’s Edition – Queen of Nothing

Contents:

Please Note!! This Collector’s Edition Box was not part of the FairyLoot subscription. This was a separate box that cost significantly more than the monthly subscription and was a one off. Please, do not expect to get Collector’s Edition Boxes with a regular subscription. Thank you.

Cardan and Jude Mug by @monolimeart. I absolutely love the shape of these mugs. This one has a black interior with a little acorn painted at the bottom, but the outside of the mug is gorgeous. Jude and Cardan both have a blade to the others throat, but they still look in love. It’s beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with it.

Woodland Book Sleeve by @stellabookishart. This book sleeve is very well padded and a generous size. It’s navy blue in colour and has the quote—If I cannot be better than them, I will become so much worse—which is framed by pictures of fruit, nuts and leaves. It’s very pretty.

Enamel Pin by @dustandpages. Probably one of my least favourite items in this box. This pin is a black heart with a dagger through it and it says—I left my heart in Elfhame. It’s cute, I guess, but not really to my taste.

Wooden Bookmark by @monolimeart and @stellabookishart. I just don’t understand why they’ve started using these horrendously thin wooden bookmarks. I’m a fiddler when I’m reading and this thing won’t last two seconds. It’s too thin to be useful. The double sided designs are beautiful though. Cardan on one side, and the quote—If you’re the sickness, I suppose you can’t also be the cure—on the other. It’s pretty but useless.

Reading Blanket by @arz28. Woah. Fairy Loot always do the absolute best blankets out there. This one is huge, with an amazing artwork of Jude and Cardan on it. I absolutely adore it. It’s so soft and warm. Seriously, these blankets make the entire box worthwhile.

Art Print by @merwildandco. This is stunning. I’ll definitely be displaying one. Jude is leaning into Cardan who is all dressed in black, and they’re all beautifully decorated with things from the forest. You can even see Cardan’s tail! It’s an incredible print and I love it.

Queen of Nothing

The Queen of Nothing (The Folk of the Air, #3)

Holly Black

Details: This exclusive book actually looks nothing like that image above. It’s a green hardback book with a silver foil snake and red berries embossed on the front and back. There is a beautifully intricate green snake sprayed onto the pages, and there was a signed bookplate included with the book. There are 308 pages and the story concludes the Folk of Air series! I’m thrilled and I can’t wait to start it.

Two Bookish Character Tarot Cards by @loweana.art. This month the characters were Audrey Rose Wadsworth as The World and Thomas Cresswell as The Devil from Stalking Jack the Ripper.

FairyLoot 12-Month Reading Journal with artwork by @monolimeart. I was highly anticipating this item and it hasn’t disappointed me. Each month has a wonderful zodiac themed artwork that looks amazing. It was truly worth getting this box, just for this item. If you like keeping track of your reading life, you’ll absolutely adore this item.

Wooden Ornament by @kdpletters. This wooden bubble contains the Harry Potter quote—It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live. I’m not actually the greatest fan of these little wooden ornaments, I mean, they’re probably nice for the tree, but they don’t really appeal to me. It’s a bit of a miss.

Secret Book Vol II by @noverantale. This is the second volume of the book shaped hollow boxes that FairyLoot have been doing. This one is a little darker than the other and has a moon and star pattern. The inside has some beautiful quotes from such books as Girls of Paper and Fire, The Young Elites, Daughter of Smoke and Bone, Even the Darkest Stars, Rebel of the Sands, Shadow of the Fox, End of Days and Wintersong. I love these boxes. They’re perfect for hiding all sorts of bookish treasures.

Sleep Mask by @stellabookishart. Inspired by Strange the Dreamer, this blue and gold sleep mask features the quote—It was impossible, of course, but when did that ever stop any dreamer from dreaming. It’s a little tight, but it is adjustable, with an elasticated strap. It’s pretty comfy, and should block out even the brightest light. Perfect for these lazy winter days.

Wooden Bookmark by @merwildandco. This double sided bookmark is based on Spin the Dawn and features a picture of Edan on one side and the quote—All Legends Have a Spark of Truth. The design is cute, but I hate, hate, hate, the flimsiness of it. It’s thinner than a cardboard bookmark and mine has already snapped. I’d send for a replacement, but I don’t like it enough to be bothered. It’s so, so thin.

Iron-On Patch by @bookmarkd.tattoos. Well, this is frikkin’ unusual. This is an Angelfall inspired patch, it’s a big sword with a teddy bear in a skirt resting on the pommel. I’ve read the first book in this series, but I don’t really understand the reference. I’m sure it’d be clearer in later books, but… Still, it’s pretty cute.

Bookish Phone Holder by @noverantale. I’ve never had one of these before, so that’s pretty cool. It’s very heavy and the quote reads—You are not my type. Fae are my type. I actually really like it. I’ll definitely be using this item. One of the best in the box.

Book of the Month:

A River of Royal Blood

A River of Royal Blood (A River of Royal Blood, #1)

Amanda Joy

Details: This hardback book has an exclusive cover—the lettering is pink, rather than white—and it’s signed by the author. It also has gorgeous midnight black sprayed edges! There are 368 pages in this one. Included in the bag with the book was a personal letter from Amanda with an exclusive artwork on the reverse by @janarunneck!

Two Bookish Character Tarot Cards by @loweana.art (presumably?)This month the cards were The Hierophant and Two of Cups from Shatter Me, but as there’s no information on the spoiler card, I’m afraid I have no idea who the character are! I’ve only read the first book in the series. Maybe someone can let me know so I can update?

Book Sleeve by @noverantale. I love this item so much! It’s a red and black designed book sleeve, with the quote—There are darknesses in life and there are lights, and you are one of the lights. The light of all lights. This is from Dracula, which is a book I highly recommend. The sleeve is well padded and zipped at the top so your books can’t fall out. Perfect.

Beanie by @kdpletters. Well, this is my new winter wear of choice. This dark grey beanie hat has white fancy lettering that reads—Bite Me. I just love the sassy vibe. Unfortunately, it’s not really a suitable hat to wear to every occasion, but I’m sure I’ll still get some use out it.

Coasters by @blanca.design. A set of four circular coasters. The designs are all different and feature a red rose, a dagger or athame, a bat, and a fancy mysterious bottle. They’re cute, but a little dark for my preferences. I would have preferred a nice cartoon design maybe.

Candle by @themeltinglibrary. I’m a little disappointed that the Interview With A Vampire item was a disposable, but it’s still a very nice candle. The scent is Blood Orange, Damascus Rose and Cashmere Musk, and it smells divine. It’s called My Last Sunrise, and features the removable quote—That morning I was not yet a vampire and I saw my last sunrise. I remember it completely, and yet I do not think I remember any other sunrise before it.

Enamel Pin by @taratjah. It’s a bat! It’s adorable and very well made. I don’t really know what else to say about this. It’s cute and I love it.

Sticker by @catarinabookdesigns. Well, there had to be a Twilight item lurking in this box somewhere, right? It’s been years since I read it. I didn’t enjoy it much, but maybe it’s time to give it another shot? The sticker is pretty enough with chess pieces and the quote—I like the night. Without the dark we’d never see the stars.

Art Print by @monolimeart. So, so pretty. I love this style of artwork. The print features two female vampires looking devastatingly gorgeous. It’s absolutely stunning and I’ll definitely be displaying this one on my wall. It’s fangtastic! Did you see what I did there?

Book of the Month:

The Beautiful

The Beautiful (The Beautiful, #1)

Renée Ahdieh

Details: The cover of this one is very striking! It’s a hardback book that’s signed by the author. On the reverse of the dust jacket there’s a beautiful exclusive artwork by @merwildandco and, as if that wasn’t enough, it also has gorgeous blood red sprayed edges! There are 448 pages in this one. Included in the bag with the book was a personal letter from Renée with an exclusive artwork on the reverse by @kat_adara, and an A4 Map of the New Orleans French Quarter!

Two Bookish Character Tarot Cards by @loweana.artThis month the characters were Aaron Walker as Ace of Cups and Juliette Ferrars as The High Priestess from Shatter Me.

Canvas Tote Bag by @bandofweirdos. This is such an amazing bag! Its huge for a start, and so well made. I’m delighted. The bag itself is black and absolutely covered in little pictures of all sorts of witchy things. There are potions, skulls, candles, planchettes, athames, and so much more. I love it so much. It might just be my main bag from now on.

Deck of Cards by @obsidiayan and @crookedyew. I absolutely love getting decks of cards in subscription boxes. I actually collect them, so they’re always exciting. This beautiful deck has bright silver edges, and each suit has a different fandom! Spades is Sabrina, Hearts is Throne of Glass, Clubs is Charmed, and Diamonds is Serpent & Dove.

Fluffy Witch Socks by @FairyLoot. Just what I needed! The fluffy black and white striped socks look toasty warm. They have a white witches hat embroidered on the top of each sock. How perfect are these for keeping warm in the upcoming winter months? I love them.

Not Your Basic Witch Enamel Pin by @thatslovelydearshop. This is super cute. It’s designed in the shape of a Starbuck’s Coffee cup, and has a witch instead of the usual siren in the middle. The text Not Your Basic Witch surrounds her. There are also a couple of bats and a cauldron embossed on the cup, too.

Cauldron Bath Bomb by @littleheartgifts. While I like getting bath bombs in boxes, they do have a tendency to crumble and end up covering everything. As far as I’m concerned, they should be packaged well, not just popped into a box. Everything is covered in this stuff. Still, it smells nicely of melon. The bomb itself is inside a little black plastic cauldron, and I have to admit it’s pretty cool.

Metal Straws by @FairyLoot. Always nice to get some of these, and FairyLoot always include a straw cleaner, which is a nice, thoughtful touch. One of these straight straws is white with black dots and reads Magic, while the other is black with white dots and reads Witch. I get a lot of use out of these things.

Sticky Notepad by @FairyLoot. You can never have too many notepads in your life. I have stacks of these things and still don’t think I have enough. This one is just small, but is inspired by Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter and has the quote—You’re just as sane as I am. There’s a ghost bunny on it! Cute!

On the reverse of the dust jacket there’s a beautiful exclusive artwork by @_saintdri and, as if that wasn’t enough, it also has gorgeous rose gold shimmery sprayed edges! There are 528 pages in this one. It’s huge! Included in the bag with the book was a personal letter from Shelby and an exclusive artwork on the reverse by @_saintdri!

Goodnight Kiss Mug by @rosiethorns88. This beautiful mug has a yellow background and features, Mia, Ash and Mister Kindly. It’s absolutely perfect. The girls are both fighting, but Ash is blowing Mia a kiss at the same time. I couldn’t ask for better! I love it.

Mister Kindly and Eclipse Blanket by @yoshiyoshitani. A very, very soft blanket with a lovely design. Of course, I instantly love anything with my shadowy friends represented. It’s quite small for a blanket, but it’s very nice. I’m definitely going to use this.

Story to Tell Booksleeve by @chattynora and @monolimeart. Possibly the best made booksleeve I own! This is a nice faux leather and has the quote—However it ends, at least you had a story to tell—on one side, and a picture of Mia, Tric and Ash on the other. The dark colours with the blood red are stunning together.

Itreya Wooden Map by @virginiaallyn and James Orr. I can’t begin to explain how much I adore this woodcut. This is the same map that appears at the beginning of the books, but it’s glorious here. I can’t wait to display this one. On the reverse, there’s a nice image of the three suns.

Nevernight Pin Set by @fableandblack. A two pin set with one that says—Darkin, and the other that says and depicts—Lady of Blessed Murder. Both are fantastic, and I’m glad to see our lady represented somewhere in this box.

Mr Kindly Bath Bomb by @geekyclean. This red bath bomb is in the shape of a cat head, and it’s scented with blood orange. I can’t think of a better scent for this box. It smells beautiful and it’s so cute!

Hard at Work Foil Art Print by @arz28. An amazing print of Mia in a pool of blood with her swords. There’s gold foil detailing in the background and on the mask Mia wears. It’s an incredible picture and will definitely be going on my wall. I love the aesthetic.

Corvere Crest Necklace by @dalandan.ielle. This necklace has the Corvere family crest on it, with the Liisian inscriptionNeh diis lus’a, lus diis,a—which means—When All is Blood, Blood is all. I love this so much, it might just be one of my favourite items in the whole box!

Mia Figurine by @illumicrate. Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god! It’s a full size custom Pop Funko of Mia! She’s gorgeous and there’s so many wonderful little details! There’s blood splatter across her face, and she’s holding her knives. So cute, but deadly at the same time! I adore this!

Character Bookmark Set by @merwildandco. This is a set of four cardboard bookmarks with beautiful art. One has Mia, one has Tric, one has Ash and the other has Eclipse and Mister Kindly. They’re double sided, and going to be very useful.

Nevernight Short-Form Series Extras by @nanfe1789. This booklet is a behind the scenes look at the Nevernight TV adaptation. There’s a script excerpt, production stills and an interview with the creator. The stunning artwork on the front is of Mia and Tric sharing a moment, which also comes as an extra print.

Collectible Coin by @monolimeart. Another of Illumicrate’s magnetic collectible coins. This one features Mia, of course, with Mister Kindly on her shoulders.

Three by Jay Kristoff. This booklet contains some extra bits for Darkdawn that was left out of the final book. It was exclusive to everyone that pre-ordered the book and is a lovely addition. It’s full of spoilers though, so saving this one until after the book!

Things Are Not What They Seem Artwork and Matching Bookmark

Two Bookish Character Tarot Cards by @loweana.artThis month the characters were Harry Potter as The Hanged Man and Hermione Granger as The Star from Harry Potter.

One Ring to Rule Them All Pocket Mirror by @fairyloot. This simple round pocket mirror is gold on the reverse and inscribed with elvish. Obviously, this is inspired by Lord of the Rings. It’s pretty cool.

Lunar Cutlery Set by @taratjah. This pink box contains a rainbow coloured spoon, fork and chopsticks. No knife for you! It’s nice though, and there are quotes on the handles of the fork and spoon that read—Even in the future the story begins with once upon a time. and Mirrors have an uncanny way of telling the truth. I don’t like the box much, but the items are nice. They’re inspired by The Lunar Chronicles.

Ember in the Ashes Pillowcase by @_sainidri and @kdpletters. Gorgeous cushion cover that has the quote—You will burn for you are an ember in the ashes—on one side, and a lovely picture of Elias, Laia and Helene on the other. I actually quite like this. Can’t wait to get a filler for it. It’s inspired by An Ember in the Ashes.

Mistborn Metal Bookmark by @in.the.reads. This is beautiful rose gold bookmark is inspired by the Mistborn series. It features the quote—Let them see my weakness and let them see me overcome it. There is a design of, I think, Kelsier holding a sword, and some cut out magical shapes. I love this bookmark. It also has a silver tassel.

Hair Scrunchies by @taratjah. A set of three hair scrunchies based on the Graceling series. The blue one has keys printed on it, the red one has bow and arrows, and the green one has swords. They’re relatively simple, but I don’t have much use for them. I keep my hair short. I’ll probably give them to someone else.

Cresswell Candle by @flickthewick and @taratjah. This candle smells gorgeous! It’s light purple in colour and is scented Chocolate and Coffee. It’s divine. I can’t wait to light it! It’s based on Thomas Cresswell from the Stalking Jack the Ripper books, which I loved. I’m thrilled with this item.

Merciful Crow Pencil Case. This full length pencil case features the same picture from the front of The Merciful Crow on one side, and on the reverse there’s a crow in flight and the rather uplifting quote—One way or another, we always feed the crows. Charming. I actually really like it.

Book of the Month:

The Merciful Crow

The Merciful Crow (The Merciful Crow, #1)

There are 384 pages in this one. Included in the bag with the book was a personal letter from Margaret and an exclusive artwork by @obsidiayan!

Illumicrate Unboxing — August 2019

!!!Spoiler Warning!!! If you haven’t received the Armed and Dangerous — August 2019 Illumicrate box yet turn back now!

Illumicrate

August 2019 – Armed and Dangerous

Contents:

The Stone’s Throw Mug by @rosiethorns88. I absolutely love this mug. It has a beautiful design of Kell and Lila from A Darker Shade of Magic, and it’s just gorgeous. I also love the shape of these mugs, perfect for wrapping your hands around to warm you up. I couldn’t be happier.

Sister Apple’s Surprise Liquid Soap by @hellolovelyskincare. This tiny bottle of green shower or bath soap is inspired by Sister Apple, or the Poisoner, from Red Sister. It’s a cute little item, but I wish it was a bigger size, this is enough for maybe two showers if you’re careful. It smells just like apples, though. Fresh and zingy.

Humanity Bottle Opener by @dustandpages. Possibly my favourite item in the whole box. This chunky bottle opener is in the shape of a scythe and is, of course, inspired by the book: Scythe. The quote says—Never lose your humanity. It’s beautiful.

Weapon’s Bag by @chattynora. This isn’t exactly my favourite item, but I will still use it. The bag is bright yellow and there’s a design of two crossed wands on the front. It’s pretty small and I don’t think the strap would even fit over your shoulder. Still, it will be useful for carrying stuff when I take my dogs out.

Legendary Swords Cutlery Set by @heyatlascreative. I like this! This baby blue case has a design with two swords on it; one with wings and one with a feather. These are inspired by The Dark Artifaces series in the Shadowhunters universe. Inside there is an entire cutlery set comprising of knife, fork, spoon and metal straw. Handy.

Collectible Coin by @monolimeart. This cute magnetic coin is adorable, and I love the artwork. The character this time is Lila Bard from A Darker Shade of Magic. Very nice.

House Trading Cards. This set of eight cards are inspired by the featured book of the month—Gideon the Ninth. They’re pretty cool. Each has a picture of a skull and a little information about the particular house it belongs to. A nice add on item for the book.

Sweet Black Waves. This is a promotional sampler for Sweet Black Waves and it’s sequel Wild Savage Stars by Kristina Pérez. There’s a map of the kingdom on the reverse. I’ve never heard of this one, so it’s always cool to see something new.

Book of the Month:
